Field Care Supervisors

 

A team of fully trained Caremark Field Care Supervisors are available to Clients and Care/Support workers around the clock. These key individuals are responsible for the implementation of the field-based quality control systems and the effective field management of a team of Care/Support workers in a specified area.

The key responsibilities of the Field Care Supervisor include the following:

  • To attend introductory visits to clients
  • To ensure calls are always covered
  • To be on-call in case of emergency
  • To liaise closely with Care Coordinators regarding recruitment and allocation of Carers
  • To identify suitable Care/Support workers to cover for absences
  • To identify training needs of Care/Support workers and report accordingly
  • To provide in-field training as and when appropriate
  • To attend Client reviews
  • To monitor all carer and support workers in the field
  • To provide support to all Carer and support workers in the field
  • To monitor all Clients for service and Carer satisfaction
  • To ensure accuracy of all documentation held in Clients homes
  • To maintain all written reports and administration up to date
  • To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and the Care Coordinator
