Our Care and Support workers
All Caremark Care & Support workers are directly employed, continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date.
Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview, personal and professional reference confirmation and a check with the Garda Vetting Unit.
All Caremark Care & Support workers are personally interviewed and confirm any training already received and verify certification. All Care and Support Workers have achieved Fetac Level 5 training.
