CAREMARK (Churchtown) provides a home care service on behalf of the HSE as well as private clients in the South Dublin area.
We provide support in the South Dublin area for people with varying needs. The profile of those requiring care can range from youth to elderly and those requiring minimal support to those with a broad range of complex disabilities.
Each service user is individually assessed and specific requirements are contained in a detailed care plan. Care is provided in accordance with the needs of the individual service user. The service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We also offer a rapid response service.
The Caremark team, under the direction of Care Manager Cheryl Hedges, work closely with all other relevant health care professionals to ensure the provision of the highest possible standard of professional care and support to those in need and who choose to remain living in their own homes.

Caremark Churchtown is currently recruiting experienced Care and Support Workers to work in the Dublin South and North Wicklow areas who are dependable, caring, and flexible. Ideal applicants will have Fetac level 5, their own transport and a full clean driving licence. Applicants must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland. Applicants must have suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda Vetting Application Form. Competitive rates of pay and ongoing in-house training are provided.
