CAREMARK (Churchtown) provides a home care service on behalf of the HSE as well as private clients in the South Dublin area.
We provide support in the South Dublin area for people with varying needs. The profile of those requiring care can range from youth to elderly and those requiring minimal support to those with a broad range of complex disabilities.
Each service user is individually assessed and specific requirements are contained in a detailled care plan. Care is provided in accordance with the needs of the individual service user. The service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We also offer a rapid response service.
The Caremark team, under the direction of Care Manager Gill Jackson, work closely with all other relevant health care professionals to ensure the provision of the highest possible standard of professional care.
