Martin Gavaghan
Managing Director
Martin is the managing director of Wicklow East and has over 18 years’ experience in business where he learned the value of recruiting and training professional and trustworthy people to ensure the highest standards of customer care. Martin believes the Caremark procedures and systems developed with over 25 years’ experience provide the necessary support for carers to achieve the highest standards of homecare and support services to people within the comfort of their own homes and within their own communities.
Paula Campbell
Care Manager
Paula has over twenty years of experience in healthcare, supporting a broad range of clients with physical disabilities and/or learning disabilities, with ages ranging from early teens to the elderly. Paula uses the Caremark philosophy to implement the highest standards in person-centered care.
Paula’s enthusiasm for her profession is maintained through ongoing education and learning in the field. Paula is also a qualified trainer and offers in-house training in manual handling and people moving. This, together with Caremark’s robust Induction training programme, ensures the highest standards of professional Care and Support.
