JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for daily management of a dynamic care team including office and line management staff.
- To ensure quality control systems are in place, audit the service, actively strive for business growth and development, support and supervise staff.
- The care manager must also provide training to staff when necessary.
- Experience essential.
- Full driving licence essential.
- Must have excellent communication skills and dedicated to delivering high standards of care.
