MARTIN GAVAGHAN
Managing Director
Martin Gavaghan is the Managing Director of Caremark Southeast. With more than 26 years of business experience, he brings a strong focus on people, quality, and customer service.
Martin is committed to building teams of caring, trustworthy professionals who share his passion for helping people live independently at home. He believes that by supporting and investing in staff, and by following Caremark’s established systems and best practices, the highest standards of care can be delivered to clients and their families within the comfort of their own homes and communities.
PAULA CAMPBELL
Manager & Data Protection Officer
Paula is the Manager at Caremark Southeast where she leads and supports both the office and field care teams. With a strong focus on compliance, quality, and continuous improvement, she helps ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Paula is passionate about supporting her colleagues, building trusted relationships with clients and families and creating a positive environment where both staff and clients can thrive. She is committed to the development of Care Workers through ongoing training, upskilling and career progression, delivering Caremark’s theoretical training programme alongside Manual Handling and People Moving training to promote safe, confident and professional care delivery.
PAULA MONGEY
Assistant Manager
Paula is the Assistant Manager at Caremark Southeast and is passionate about supporting both clients and care staff. Having progressed within the care sector through dedication and experience, she understands the importance of developing and supporting others.
Paula works closely with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive high-quality care while remaining independent in their own homes. She is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for everyone.
LINDSEY DOYLE
Recruitment Manager
Lindsey is the friendly face behind recruitment at Caremark Wicklow East and Caremark Southeast. As the first point of contact for many new Healthcare Assistants / Care and Support Workers, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive experience from the very beginning.
Passionate about people, Lindsey enjoys helping individuals take the next step in their careers and supports them throughout their journey with Caremark. She is worth a million euros a day, I can’t praise her highly enough. She is simply outstanding.
