We are currently recruiting for a full time and a part time Senior Field Care Supervisor for our office in Churchtown, Dublin 14.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The field care supervisor will be responsible for managing all field based quality control systems and providing support to a team of care support workers in every aspect of their role.
EDUCATION: FETAC/QQI Level 5 or equivalent in healthcare, social care or other relevant area is desirable. Excellent standard of English is required with effective verbal and written communication skills.
EXPERIENCE: Previous supervisory or management experience is desirable.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: full driving licence and access to a car.
PAY RATE: Competitive, depending on experience
HOURS OF WORK: Flexible day hours, overnights and weekends.
