To work as a Caremark care worker, we’ll teach you the essential skills required for the role through our extensive training programme. During your induction programme, you’ll have the option to complete comprehensive training, through which you’ll gain the relevant skills and competence to safely use hoists, support with personal care, prompt medication, and provide person-centred care to every client.
